The Integrated Public Use Microdata Series (IPUMS) at the University of Minnesota provides micro-level population sample data from the US and international census records.

Federal Statistical System
Coordinated by the Office of Management and Budget, the Federal Statistical System is comprised of the major data and statistics collecting agencies in the government. This decentralized network has 15 major agencies and upwards of 90 smaller bodies tasked with collecting data and generating and publishing statistics and reports covering an extensive range of topics.
